How to install

Open Gmail Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of Gmail to open Quick Settings.

See All Settings

Click "See all settings" at the top of the Quick Settings panel that slides out.

Create a New Signature

In the General tab, scroll down to Signature. Click + Create new, give it a name (e.g. "PurchasePlus 2026"), then paste with ⌘V or Ctrl+V. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

Copy Your Signature

Click Copy for Outlook above. This copies your signature as rich HTML, ready to paste.

Open Signature Settings

Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
Mac: Outlook menu → Preferences → Signatures.
Web (Outlook.com): Settings gear → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.

Create and Paste

Click New (or +), name your signature (e.g. "PurchasePlus 2026"), then click in the editor and paste with Ctrl+V (Windows) or ⌘V (Mac).

Set as Default and Save

In the Choose default signature section, set your new signature for New messages. Click OK or Save.

Copy Your Signature

Click Copy for Gmail above (the same rich-text copy works for Apple Mail).

Open Mail Signatures

Open the Mail app, then go to Mail → Settings (or Preferences on older macOS) with ⌘,. Click the Signatures tab.

Add a New Signature

Select your email account in the left column, then click +. A blank signature appears — click inside the right pane and paste with ⌘V.

Preserve the Formatting

Uncheck "Always match my default message font" so the signature keeps the correct PurchasePlus fonts and colours. Close the window to save.
