How to install
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of Gmail to open Quick Settings.
Click "See all settings" at the top of the Quick Settings panel that slides out.
In the General tab, scroll down to Signature. Click + Create new, give it a name (e.g. "PurchasePlus 2026"), then paste with ⌘V or Ctrl+V. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
Click Copy for Outlook above. This copies your signature as rich HTML, ready to paste.
Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
Mac: Outlook menu → Preferences → Signatures.
Web (Outlook.com): Settings gear → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
Click New (or +), name your signature (e.g. "PurchasePlus 2026"), then click in the editor and paste with Ctrl+V (Windows) or ⌘V (Mac).
In the Choose default signature section, set your new signature for New messages. Click OK or Save.
Click Copy for Gmail above (the same rich-text copy works for Apple Mail).
Open the Mail app, then go to Mail → Settings (or Preferences on older macOS) with ⌘,. Click the Signatures tab.
Select your email account in the left column, then click +. A blank signature appears — click inside the right pane and paste with ⌘V.
Uncheck "Always match my default message font" so the signature keeps the correct PurchasePlus fonts and colours. Close the window to save.
